Chris Westcott - Woodland Management.

Chris and her family own and manage a woodland in Clanfield with help from other
people at odd times. As part of this they do various associated coppice crafts, including
making charcoal and besom brooms. The woodland is ancient woodland but contains
hazel coppice, some mixed woodland and some native species plantation on the ancient
woodland site. This talk is about how they manage the woodland and why they do it
this way
