This group started in March, 2013
We meet once a month on a Saturday morning as agreed by the group members.
We hire a cookery classroom at the College and, because there are ten cookers in the classroom, the group is limited to ten members.
We prepare dishes from the simple to the sophisticated - it just depends on what the members want to cook. The group consists of basic cooks to those with confidence and experience.
We are a very friendly group who enjoy sharing their knowledge of food.
